A hands-on training seminar focused on preventative maintenance best practices for Haas machines. Attendees learned how to keep CNC equipment running at peak performance, reduce downtime, and extend machine life through daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance routines.
Optimizing Lathe Boring Operations
A technical training seminar focused on precision boring operations on CNC lathes. Co-presented with Sandvik Coromant, this session covered tooling selection, workholding setups, and programming techniques to improve accuracy, surface finish, and productivity.
Don’t Fear 5-Axis
An introductory seminar designed to help shops transition from 3-axis to 5-axis machining. This session included real-world examples of setup reduction, cost savings, and advanced programming strategies, along with a showcase of Mastercam Copilot.
Metalworking Fluids: Selection, Use, & Care
Co-presented with Qualichem, this seminar focused on coolant strategy and its impact on machining performance. Topics included coolant selection, maintenance best practices, and methods to extend tool life, prevent issues, and improve overall efficiency.
